A few things that are useful to know.

Does every ticket include entry?

Yes. Entry to the arena is included in every ticket, whether it’s general entry, a sport or the gym. You never pay twice.

Can I just turn up?

Yes. Walk in, pay at reception and collect your pass. Coming with a big group? Send us your plan on WhatsApp first so we’re ready for you.

How do I pay?

At reception by cash, POS (card) or bank transfer to SGR Sports Arena’s official account. Staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account.

What is the QR pass?

It’s your receipt and your entry pass in one. Show it at the gate to scan in. Keep it private: whoever holds the code can use the pass.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

That’s fine. Reception can find your pass with your phone number.

Can I share a membership?

Memberships are personal. Couple and family packages give every member their own named pass.

Are table tennis and snooker free?

Yes. Table tennis and snooker are complimentary once you’re inside.

Do you have coaches?

Yes. Professional coaches are available in the gym. Ask at reception.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets and memberships are non-refundable, so please check your selection before paying.
